Rescue Helicopter Charity Cocktail Party at the Horse of the Year

You are invited to attend a charity cocktail party is to be held at the Horse of the Year to benefit the Hawke’s Bay Helicopter Rescue Trust.  

The inaugural charity event is being held on Saturday 20th March 2010 at the Hawke’s Bay Show Grounds.    

During the evening guests will enjoy great food and wine in a stunning marquee setting at the Hawke’s Bay Show Grounds.  Music will play during the event from the start when guests arrive to a band later in the evening.

Drinks and canapés will be passed around followed by more substantial ‘fork and walk’ foods for guests.   During the evening (from 9.30pm) there will be a cash bar in place.
 
There will also be a charity auction with ten high quality lots to enhance the evening as well as a raffle. 

The event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate a vital Hawke’s Bay service.   There is a limit of 600 tickets for the event.

Ticket price for the evening is $90 per person

Price of ticket includes:

• A glass of bubbly on arrival
• Beer, wine and orange juice (from 6.00-9.30 and then a cash bar will operate)
• Canapés and ‘fork and walk’ mains
• Entertainment – Band:  ‘Midlife Crisis’
• A great evening – helping to support an essential service
