Sponsoring your Rescue Helicopter Service

The Rescue Helicopter Trust recognises the importance of developing and nurturing strong links with business partners to ensure we are able to provide a high quality service to the community. 

The Trust has established the ‘Corporate Friends’ programme as a positive way businesses can become involved with the Service.  

Why sponsor the Rescue Helicopter?

• Vital community service provided to the Hawke’s Bay region – over 360 people were helped last year.  The Trust operates a 24/7 Rescue Helicopter service that is free to those who need urgent medical transportation.
• Each year we raise 65% of the Rescue Helicopter operating costs from donations and sponsorships.   The operating cost for the Rescue Helicopter Service is $1.5million per annum.  We need your continued help to keep the Rescue Helicopter in the air – and we run a tight and efficient operation.
• We like to say a big ‘thank you’ to those who to support us. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged in local newspaper advertisement, Trust newsletter and website.  You will also receive a Rescue Helicopter photo or desktop calendar to let everyone know that you support the Trust.

We have developed the Corporate Friend levels to enable all businesses the opportunity to support the Rescue Helicopter Trust.
