Transfer to Hutt Hospital
22 months ago - Saturday 2 July
• 1200 hours Requested by DHB to transport a male patient with facial injuries, accompanied by a Flight Nurse and our own Critical Care Paramedic, to Hutt Hospital.
Cardiac transfer to Wellington
22 months ago - Friday 1 July
• 1000 hours tasked by Air Desk to fly to Napier and land in a reserve in Marewa to meet a St John Ambulance for hand over of a male patient aged in his 70’s with a heart attack and requiring immediate transfer to Wellington Hospital
Urgent Cardiac transfer
22 months ago - Thursday 30 June
• 1015 hours Tasked by Air Desk to fly to Napier Airport to meet a St John road ambulance for a tarmac hand over of a 73 y/o male patient with a heart attack and requiring urgent transfer to Wellington Hospital.
PLB activation and collapsed patient
22 months ago - Wednesday 29 June
• 1400 hours Tasked by Rescue Coordination Centre and Air Desk to Tikokino to a PLB activation where a female horse rider fell whilst jumping a fence and fractured her leg – she was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up treatment.
• 1530 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Waipukurau to meet attend an elderly male patient who had collapsed and was unconscious – the patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up treatment.
Two trips to Waipukurau

• 0900 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Waipukurau air field to a young toddler suffering from a medical event.
• 1415 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Waipukura (again) to a female cyclist who fell from her bike and injured an arm. The helicopter landed on the cycle trail near the river.
Stroke patient transfer to Wellington
22 months ago - Saturday 25 June
• 1250 hours At the request of DHB flew a 40 y/o female patient suffering from a stroke to Wellington Hospital – the patient was accompanied by a Flight Nurse and our Critical Care Paramedic.
Two Tramping Injuries
22 months ago - Friday 24 June
• 1530 hours Tasked by Police to Rangipo Hut to a report of a patient with an ankle injury – adverse weather en route forced the helicopter and crew to return to Base.
• 1720 hours Tasked by Rescue Coordination Centre to Sunrise Hut in the Ruahine Ranges where a male trail runner suffered a medical event.
Fall at Home
22 months ago - Thursday 23 June
• 0947 hours At the request of HBDHB flew to Wairoa with a Flight Nurse and our Critical Care Paramedic to retrieve an elderly male patient with fractures resulting for a fall at home.
MVA and Chest pains
22 months ago - Wednesday 22 June
• 1339 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Tikokino to a single car vs tree MVA where 23 y/o female sustained multiple fractures – she was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital
• 1600 hours At the request of HBDHB flew to Wairoa with a Flight Nurse and our Critical Care Paramedic to retrieve a female patient with Chest pains.
Medical transfer from Takapau

• 1236 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Takapau medical centre to a female patient with Pneumonia – the patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
