8 years ago - Transported a male patient with serious cardiac complications from Wairoa to Wellington Hospital
8 years ago - The Rescue Crew transferred a male patient in his 20's with a severe hand injury, to Hutt Hospital for further treatment. On the return journey, two patients were returned from Wellington Hospital to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldier's Memorial Hospital.
8 years ago - Transported a female, suffering from cardiac issues from Nuhaka, to Gisborne Regional Hospital.
8 years ago - Transported a child, suffering from bronculitis from Wairoa Hospital to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldier's Memorial Hospital.
8 years ago - The rescue helicopter was responded to a farm at Putorino where a female in her 50's had been kicked by a cow and had sustained a broken arm and chest injuries. She was transported to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldier's Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

8 years ago - Responded to a quad bike accident near Waipawa for a female that sustained face and chest injuries. She was transported to the Hawke’s Bay Fallen Soldier’s Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
