Horse Riding Accident

8 years ago - 19 Mar (10:30) Airlifted an teenage female from Takapau, who had sustained head injuries after falling from her horse. Intensive care was given by medics on the scene, before she was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Hospital Transfer to Hutt Hospital

8 years ago - 19 Mar (19:40) Transported a teenage female (who had been thrown from her horse earlier in the day) to Hutt Hospital, with facial injuries.

Bicycle Accident on the Napier-Taihape Highway

8 years ago - 18 Mar (13:00) Airlifted a male in his 40’s from Moawhango on the Napier-Taihape highway, after he had sustained head and shoulder injuries following a fall from his bicycle. Intensive Care Paramedics from St John attended to him to at the scene before being flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

8 years ago - 14 Mar (20:00) Transported a male patient who had suffered a stroke, from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke’s Bay Hospital

8 years ago - 12 March (11:25) Transported a male patient with medical complications from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke's Bay Hospital.

Hospital Transfer from Wairoa

8 years ago - 6 March (15:45) Transported a female patient with pregnancy complications from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke's Bay Hospital.

Rescue from Omakere

8 years ago - 6 March (17:00) The rescue helicopter was responded to a farm at Omakere for a male in his 50's who had abdominal injuries. He was transported to Hawke's Bay hospital for further treatment.

Fall from Horse

8 years ago - 4 March (18:00) The rescue helicopter was responded to Te Haroto for a female in her 30's who had sustained a dislocated ankle after falling from her horse. St John paramedics attended to her, before being transported to Hawke's Bay Hospital for further treatment.
