We are extremely grateful to Lowe Corporation, who have been the Principal Sponsor of the Trust since it became a dedicated service in 1992.
This sponsorship enabled the rescue helicopter service to be established in Hawke's Bay, and also gave naming rights to the Rescue Helicopter Service.
In 1997, Lowe Walker reconfigured their business, which is now called the Lowe Corporation Ltd. In recognition of Graeme's outstanding contribution to the Rescue Helicopter Service, the hangar housing the rescue helicopter was named the Graeme Lowe Rescue Helicopter Centre. In 2012, Graeme sadly passed away, however his son, Andy Lowe continues to support the Trust as Principal Sponsor.
