18 days ago - 1524 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 50’s from Eskdale to Hastings Hospital with injuries from a mountain bike riding fall.

• 1652 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 50’s from Hatuma to Hastings Hospital suffering a medical event.

Boating incident

23 days ago - 1336 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 70’s from Blackhead Beach to Hastings Hospital with injuries sustained while boating.

Maternity Patient and Quad Bike Injury

24 days ago - 1433 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her 30’s from Palmerston North Hospital to Wellington Hospital with pre-term labour. A DHB Midwife accompanied the mission.

1811 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 50’s from Ashurst with trauma injuries from quad bike riding.

Matapiro Motorbike Accident

26 days ago - 1929 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 30’s from Matapiro to Hastings Hospital with injuries sustained from motorbike riding.

Wellington Hospital Transfer

34 days ago - 1233 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 50’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital suffering a cardiac event. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU Registrar accompanied the mission.

Wairoa Hospital Transfers

38 days ago - 1522 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her 30’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital with labour complications. A DHB Flight Nurse and Midwife accompanied the mission.

1910 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female child from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital suffering a medial related event. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU Registrar accompanied the mission.

• 1339 hours Tasked by Air Desk to conduct a mission to a female patient in her 70’s who had fainted. The patient was not transported.

Sunday 6 December

• 1657 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 60’s from Moawhango to Hastings Hospital with a broken clavicle resulting from a motor bike accident.

MVA and Epilepsy Patients

41 days ago - 1013 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 20’s from Dannevirke to Palmerston North Hospital with injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident.

2051 hours Tasked by Air Desk to conduct a mission to a male child suffering epilepsy. The patient was not transported.
