Transfer to Wellington Hospital

• 1522 hours At the request of the DHB, transported a male patient in his 70’s from Hastings to Wellington hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU representative accompanied the mission.
Child injured from bike fall
8 months ago - Monday 26 February
• 1759 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male child from Waipukurau to Hastings Hospital for injuries sustained from falling off a bike.
Quad bike accident and search for Kayaker
8 months ago - Saturday 24 February
• 1603 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 60’s from Kairakau Beach to Hastings Hospital for concussion sustained from a quad bike accident.
• 2100 hours Tasked by Air Desk to perform a search and rescue mission for a kayaker.
Search and Rescue and a medical transfer

• 1402 hours Tasked by Air Desk to conduct a search and rescue operation and transport a female patient in her 70’s from Kaweka Forrest to Hastings Hospital for a trauma injury resulting from hiking.
• 1613 hours At the request of the DHB transport a male patient in his 70’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.
Transport of four patients after MVA

• 1757 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport four patients (a male in his 20’s, a female in her 30’s, a female in her 50’s and a male child) from Raupunga to Hastings Hospital for injuries and abrasions sustained following a motor vehicle accident.
Medical transfer from Porangahau

• 1600 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 70’s from Porangahau to Hastings Hospital for a medical related illness.
Wairoa transfer for medical treatment

• 1302 hours At the request of DHB transported a female patient in her 70’s from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital for medical related treatment. A DHB fight Nurse accompanied the mission.

• 0611 hours Requested by the DHB to transport a female patient in her 30s from Wairoa to Hastings. A DHB Midwife and DHB fight nurse accompanied the mission.
• 1338 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 60’s from Tokomaru Bay to Gisborne Hospital for injuries sustained from a dislocated hip.
• 2053 hours At the request of DHB transported a female patient in her 70’s from Hastings to Wellington Hospital for medical related treatment. A DHB fight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.
• 1742 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 70’s from Mohaka to Hastings Hospital for medical related treatment.
