• 1551 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 50’s from Ngamatea to Hastings Hospital for a fracture injury sustained whilst farming.

Wairoa female patient transfer

21 months ago - Monday 29 July
• 1215 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her 60’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. The mission was accompanied by a DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor.

Wellington transfer for male trauma patient

• 1447 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 40’s from Napier to Wellington Hospital for trauma injuries.

Whakatane fisherman search

21 months ago - Thursday 25 July
• 0440 hours Tasked by Air Desk to conduct a search and rescue mission for a missing fisherman in Whakatane.
• 1624 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 20’s from Patoka to Hastings Hospital for a leg injury sustained from a motor bike accident.

• 0847 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male child from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. The mission was accompanied by two DHB Flight Nurses and an ED Doctor.
• 1350 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a Male patient in his 50’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital for a medical related condition. The mission was accompanied by two DHB Flight Nurses and an ED Doctor.

Kayaking accident and Fall

• 0402 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 50’s from Waipukurau to Hastings Hospital for injuries sustained from a fall.
• 1141 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 40’s from the Mohaka River to Hastings Hospital to treat a dislocation resulting from kayaking.
• 2026 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 70’s from Nuhaka to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.

• 1529 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 50’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU representative accompanied the mission.
