2 years ago - Wednesday 30th November
• 1654 hours At the request of the hospital flew to Wairoa, with a flight nurse and our Critical Care Paramedic to retrieve a 63 y/o female patient with a cardiac condition.
• 1745 hours Whilst waiting at Wairoa Hospital for patient handover (see mission above), requested by Police to conduct a search for a person missing at sea as a result of a boat rollover. The search was unsuccessful.
• 2055 hours At the request of the hospital flew to Wairoa, with a flight nurse and our Critical Care Paramedic to retrieve a 90 y/o female patient with a medical condition.
2 years ago - Tuesday 29th November
• 1015 hours Tasked by Air Desk to attend an MVA at Tangoio with 2 patients involved, the helicopter transported a 23 y/o male patient with critical life-threatening injuries to Hawkes Bay Hospital, whilst the second patient with minor injuries was transported by road ambulance.
• 1500 hours At the request of the hospital flew to Wairoa, with a flight nurse and our Critical Care Paramedic to retrieve a 63 y/o male patient with a head injury sustained in a fall.
• 1750 hours At the request of the hospital flew to Wairoa, with a flight nurse and our Critical Care Paramedic to retrieve a 83 y/o male patient with a medical condition.
2 years ago - Sunday 27th November
• 0956 hours At the request of Air Desk met a St John Ambulance for helipad handover of a patient with a cardiac condition requiring immediate transfer to Wellington. Adverse weather meant the helicopter could not get to Wellington so arrangements were made for patient hand over to Wellington Free Ambulance at Paraparaumu Airport.
2 years ago - Saturday 26th November
• 0845 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Pōrangahau to a 72 y/o male patient with a medical condition. It was determined that road transport was more appropriate for the patient so our Critical Care Paramedic attended the patient on the road journey to hospital.
2 years ago - Friday 25th November
• 1242 hours Tasked by Air Desk to attend a quad bike rollover at Maraetotarara where a 71 y/o male patient suffered moderate injuries requiring transport to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
2 years ago - Wednesday 23rd November
• 1830 hours At the request of the hospital flew to Wairoa with a Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a 3 month old baby with a medical condition.

• 0048 hours At the request of hospital flew to Wairoa with a midwife and flight nurse to retrieve a female patient with a maternity issue..
2 years ago - Sunday 20th November
• 1800 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Elsthorpe to a 56 y/o male patient with a medical condition – the patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay hospital for follow up assessment and treatment.
2 years ago - Saturday 19th November
• 1330 hours Tasked by Air Desk to meet a St John Ambulance for a helipad handover of a 61 y/o male patient with a cardiac condition requiring immediate transfer to Wellington.
2 years ago - Tuesday 15th November
• 1420 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Tikokino to a 76 y/o male patient who had a medical event at home – the patient was flown to Hawkes Bay hospital for follow up assessment and treatment.
• 1600 hours At the request of Hawke’s Bay Hospital transported a 65 y/o male patient with a medical condition, accompanied by Doctor and Flight Nurse, to Wellington Hospital.
