2 years ago - Saturday 5th November
• 0955 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Tutira to a report of an MVA with a car down a bank with a 59 y/o male patient suffering multiple injuries – he was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital
• 1820 hours At the request of Hawke’s bay Hospital flew to Wairoa with a midwife and flight nurse to retrieve a 27 y/o female patient with pregnancy complications.
2 years ago - Friday 4th November
• 2025 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Kereru to a report of a truck rollover. Upon arrival a 23 y/o male occupant of the truck was found to have multiple injuries requiring transport to Wellington Hospital.
2 years ago - Thursday 3rd November
• 0115 hours At the request of Hawke’s bay Hospital flew to Wairoa with a midwife and flight nurse to retrieve a 23 y/o female patient with a pregnancy complication.
2 years ago - Wednesday 2nd November
• 1216 hours At the request of Hawke’s Bay Hospital flew to Wairoa with a Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a 69 y/o female patient with a medical condition.
2 years ago - Tuesday 1st November
• 0600 hours Tasked by Air Desk to fly to Wairoa to meet a St John Ambulance with a 71 y/o male patient suffering from a suspected stroke – the patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
• 0915 hours At the request of Hawke’s Bay Hospital flew to Wellington with a 58 y/o male patient with a cardiac condition, accompanied by a Doctor and Flight Nurse.
• 2200 hours Tasked by Air Desk to fly to Pōrangahau to a 69 y/o female patient with a cardiac condition – she was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
2 years ago - Monday 31st October
• 0500 hours Tasked by Air Desk to meet a St John Ambulance for a helipad handover of a 66 y/o male patient with a cardiac condition requiring immediate transfer to Wellington Hospital.
• 1040 hours On the return from Wellington tasked by the Air Desk to divert to Waipukurau Air field to meet a St John Ambulance with a 65 y/o female patient with a cardiac condition where the initial assessment indicated transfer direct to Wellington Hospital; upon arrival in Waipukurau the patient was re-assessed and found that transport to Hawkes Bay Hospital was appropriate.
• 1945 hours Tasked by Air Desk to fly to Wairoa to meet a St John Ambulance with a 22 y/o female patient with injuries sustained in an MVA, the patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.

• 0839 hours At the request of hospital flew to Wairoa to a female patient with pregnancy complications
• 1000 hours At the request of hospital returned to Wairoa hospital to a 62 y/o female patient with a spinal injury
• 1442 hours Tasked by Air Desk to a rural location near Te Pohue to a quad bike rollover, where a 45 y/o male suffered back injuries
• 1631 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Ruahine Forest Park to a 62 y/o female tramper who had fallen and suffered a major laceration to her leg, she was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up assessment and treatment.
2 years ago - Saturday 29th October
• 1540 hours At the request of Hospital flew to Wairoa, with a Doctor and Flight Nurse, to retrieve a 72 y/o male patient who had tripped and fallen and sustained a head injury.
2 years ago - Friday 28th October
• 0619 hours Tasked by Air Desk to meet a St John Ambulance for a helipad handover of a patient suffering a cardiac condition requiring immediate transfer to Wellington Hospital. Whilst on the Wellington transfer the Hawke’s Bay Hospital required a helicopter to transport a patient, with a serious facial injury, to Wellington Hospital, so the Palmerston North Hospital flew to Hastings to complete this mission for our Hospital.
• 1123 hours Whilst on the return from Wellington tasked by Air Desk to meet a St John Ambulance at Waipukurau Airfield for handover of a patient with a cardiac condition requiring immediate transfer to Wellington Hospital. Our team liaised with the Palmerston crew to meet up in Wellington and bring the Hawke’s Bay nurse back home.
• 1527 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Tuai, to a 72 y/o male had fallen and dislocated his hip, he was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.

• 1736 hours Tasked by Air Desk to an MVA at Te Karaka near Gisborne, where a 23 y/o female, involved in the head on accident, suffered multiple injuries, she was flown to Gisborne Hospital
