3 years ago - Tuesday 24th August
• 2215 hours At the request of DHB flew to Wairoa, with a flight nurse, to retrieve a 20 y/o male with a fractured leg as a result of a motorbike accident.
3 years ago - Saturday 21st August
• 1112 hours Tasked by Air Desk to fly to Wairoa to connect with a St John Ambulance with a female patient, aged in her 30’s, with a suspected stroke.
3 years ago - Friday 20th August
• 1218 hours Requested by DHB to fly to Wairoa, with a Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a female patient, aged in her 70’s, with a medical condition.
3 years ago - Monday 16th August
• 0930 hours Requested by DHB to fly to Wairoa Hospital, with a Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a 67y/o patient with a respiratory condition.
• 1239 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Tutira to an MVA. A male occupant of the vehicle, with spinal injuries, was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up treatment.
• 1600 hours Requested by DHB to fly to Wairoa Hospital with a flight nurse and our own ICP to retrieve 2 patients – firstly a patient with injuries resulting for a fall and secondly a patient with pregnancy complications.
3 years ago - Saturday 14th August
• 1950 hours At the request of DHB attempted to fly to Wairoa Hospital – however poor visibility encountered en route meant the helicopter was forced to abandon and return to base.
3 years ago - Friday 13th August
• 1911 hours At the request of DHB flew to Wairoa with a flight nurse and midwife to retrieve a female patient with pregnancy complications.
3 years ago - Thursday 12th August
• 1713 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Tataweka Hut in the Te Urewera National Park to a 51 y.o. male hunter who was having a medical reaction to something ingested – he was flown to Gisborne Hospital.
3 years ago - Wednesday 11th August
• 1136 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Turoa Ski field where a 58 y.o male who had been hit by a snow-boarder – the patient was flown to Whanganui Hospital.
• 1525 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Mahia to a male patient having fainting spells and chest pains – the patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital

• 1415 hours At the request of DHB flew to Wairoa, with a Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a male patient with a head injury.
3 years ago - Monday 9th August
• 1650 hours Tasked by Air Desk to a report of a patient with injuries from a fall – the helicopter was stood down en route when it became obvious that the injuries did not require our assistance.
