3 years ago - Friday 2nd September
• 1330 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Rangiwahia (near Palmerston North) where an arborist had been cutting trees under power lines when a portion of the tree broke and fell across the arborists leg trapping him up the tree. Fortunately, the arborist managed to cut himself free then lowered himself to the ground. His injuries were a crushed and possibly fractured leg

• 2145 hours Tasked by Air Desk to meet a St John ambulance at Tuai Rugby Ground for handover of a 70 y/o male patient suffering from a stroke.
3 years ago - Tuesday 30th August
• 1150 hours Tasked by Air Desk to meet a St John Ambulance in Waipukurau with a 74 y/o male patient, post cardiac arrest. The patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
• 1300 hours At the request of the hospital transported a 39 y/o male with a cardiac condition, accompanied by a Doctor and Flight Nurse, to Wellington Hospital.

• 1400 hours At the request of the hospital transported a 38 y/o female suffering from a stroke, accompanied by a Doctor and Flight Nurse, to Wellington Hospital.
3 years ago - Sunday 28th August
• 0315 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Pourerere to a male patient – upon arrival the patient was found to have deceased.
3 years ago - Thursday 25th August
• 0600 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Mohaka Township to a male patient suffering from a stroke – the patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up treatment.
• 0945 hours At the request of the hospital, transported a 80 y/o male patient, with a cardiac condition, accompanied by a Doctor and Flight Nurse to Wellington Hospital.
3 years ago - Wednesday 24th August
• 0810 hours Tasked by Air Desk to a small fishing boat 3 km of Cape Kidnappers, with a passenger on board suffering a heart attack – when the helicopter arrived on scene the boat was already making good speed back to Ahuriri to meet a St John Ambulance, so the helicopter did not intervene

• 1400 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Nuhaka to a female patient with a breathing problem – she was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up treatment.
3 years ago - Monday 22nd August
• 0610 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Porangahau to a male patient with a breathing problem – he was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up treatment.
• 1125 hours At the request of the hospital, transported a 62 y/o male patient, with a cardiac condition, accompanied by a Doctor and Flight Nurse to Wellington Hospital.

• 1200 hours At the request of the hospital transported a 55 y/o male patient suffering from a cardiac condition to Wellington Hospital – the patient was accompanied by a Doctor and Flight Nurse.
