4 years ago - Saturday 24th July
• 1410 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Turoa ski field to a 21 y/o male with head and spinal injuries – the patient was flown directly to Middlemore Hospital
4 years ago - Friday 23rd July
• 1200 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Turoa Ski field. Stood down en route and redirected to an MVA at Waipawa with a report of a trapped passenger
• 1230 hours Diverted to MVA in Waipawa – on arrival it was determined that helicopter transport was not required.
• 1320 hours At the request of DHB flew to Wairoa with a Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a male patient with pneumonia.
4 years ago - Thursday 22nd July
• 1420 hours At the request of DHB flew to Wairoa with a Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a male patient with abdominal pain.
• 1556 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Otane to an MVA, where a female occupant of the vehicle suffered head injuries requiring transport to Hawke’s bay Hospital.
• 1830 hours At the request of DHB flew to Wairoa, with a flight nurse, to retrieve a 46 y/o female with a head injury resulting from an MVA.
4 years ago - Monday 19th July
• 0840 hours Tasked by Air Desk to a Kereru to a truck rollover, where the driver incurred head injuries – he was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
4 years ago - Sunday 18th July
• 1125 hours Awaited the arrival of a St John road ambulance for a helipad handover of a patient with a cardiac complaint requiring urgent transfer to Wellington Hospital.
• 1440 hours Whilst on the return journey from Wellington the helicopter was tasked by Air Desk to divert to Tiniu, in Wairarapa, to a female patient who had fallen from a ladder suffering serious head injuries – the patient was flown to Wellington hospital.
Whilst the Lowe Corporation Helicopter was attending these 2 missions – the Gisborne Rescue Helicopter attended a cardiac arrest in Te Awanga and the Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter attended a motor cycle accident in Tikokino.

• 1040 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Tikokino to a 55 y/o male with a medical condition – he was flown to Hawkes Bay Hospital.
4 years ago - Tuesday 13th July
• 1000 hours At the request of HBDHB flew to Wairoa Hospital with an ICU Doctor and Flight Nurse to a male patient with a cardiac complaint.
• 1230 hours Tasked by Police to fly to Mahia for possible water winch rescue of passengers overboard from a capsized boat. The helicopter was stood down when it was reported that the occupants of the boat were safely back on land.
4 years ago - Sunday 11th July
• 1645 hours Tasked by Air Desk to an MVA at Putorino, a 75 y/o male suffered minor injuries in the accident, and was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
• 1930 hours At the request of HBDHB flew to Wairoa Hospital, with an ICU Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a male patient who had fallen and sustained moderate injuries.
4 years ago - Tuesday 6th July
• 0725 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Kotemaori to a logging vehicle which had over-turned. The driver of the truck had moderate injuries and was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.

• 1600 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Patoka to a patient suffering with seizures. The patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital
