Rescue following fall at home

10 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter airlifted a 54-year-old female from Tuai, suffering from multiple injuries following a fall at home, to Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.

Cardiac Arrest in Whakaki

10 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter responded to a rural Whakaki address where a 62-year-old woman suffered a fatal cardiac arrest. Unfortunately St John Advanced Paramedics, declared the woman deceased at the scene.

Hospital Transfer

10 years ago - The Crew transported a male patient suffering from cardiac complications, from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.

Male suffering a seizure

10 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter has airlifted a 67-year-old male from a Rural Mangarapa address, who had suffered a seizure. He was transported to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

Female with pregnancy complications

10 years ago - The Crew transported a female patient suffering from pregnancy complications, from Wairoa Hospital to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital

Horse Riding Accident at Elsthorpe

10 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter has responded to an Equestrian event at Elsthorpe, where a 51 year old male fell from his horse and sustained chest injuries. He was transported to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

Hospital Transfer from Wairoa

10 years ago - Transported a male patient suffering from a collapsed lung, from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.

Search and Rescue mission for sinking boat

10 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter responded to a police request to search for a boat that was reported to be sinking off the Mahia coast. After a search of the coastline no boat was located.

Motor vehicle accident near Eskdale

10 years ago - At 1pm, the Rescue Helicopter responded to a multiple motor vehicle accident on State Highway 5, near Eskdale. A 59 year old woman from Eskdale was airlifted from the scene with multiple serious injuries to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

Knife accident in Tutira

10 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter responded to a rural Tutira address, to airlift a 49 year old male who had seriously cut his wrist with a knife while dressing down an animal. He was attended at the scene by a St John advanced paramedic, before being transported to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
