Transfer from Wairoa

• 2043 hours At the request of the DHB, transport a male patient in his 60’s from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.

Cardiac related condition

• 0821 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 60’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital for a cardiac related medical condition.

Teenager transported from Wairoa

15 months ago - Tuesday 9 April
• 1618 hours At the request of the DHB transported a male teenager from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related event. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.

Lost tramper

15 months ago - Monday 8 April
• 1423 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male from Waipawa Forks Hut to the Carpark after becoming lost whilst tramping.

Transfer to Avalon and return patient to Hastings

15 months ago - Saturday 6 April
• 1143 hours At the request of the DHB, transported a male teenager from Hastings Hospital to Avalon. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.
• 1402 hours At the request of the DHB, on the Hawkes Bay return flight transported a male patient in his 50’s from Wellington Hospital to Hastings Hospital. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.

Motor bike accident

• 1535 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a child from Hastings to Hastings Hospital for a back injury resulting from a motor bike incident.

Cardiac transfer from Turangi

• 1402 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 50’s from Turangi to Hastings Hospital for a cardiac related condition.

Search for missing fisherman

• 0129 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.
• 0754 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.
• 1032 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.
• 1302 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.
• 1754 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.

Horse riding incident, Wairoa transfer and S&R mission

• 1511 hours At the request of the DHB transport a female patient in her 60’s from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.
• 2157 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to conduct a search off the coast of Waimarama.

• 1245 hours At the request of the DHB transported a male patient in his 50’ from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.
• 2316 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 60’s from Mahia to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.
