Waipukurau Mission

2 months ago - 2333 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 40’s from Waipukurau Aerodrome to Hastings Hospital.

Wairoa Hospital Transfer

2 months ago - 1347 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 70’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU Registrar accompanied the mission.

Wairoa Hospital Transfer

3 months ago - 1500 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 20’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital suffering a knife wound. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.

3 months ago - 1529 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 20’s from the Tararua Rangers following an incident while hiking.

1942 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male teenager from Bay View to Hutt Hospital suffering a hand injury from a small explosion.

Cardiac Transfer

3 months ago - 0328 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 60’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital suffering a cardiac event.

Hospital Transfer for child

3 months ago - 1200 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female child with a medical illness from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU Registrar accompanied the mission.

Wairoa to Hastings Transfers

3 months ago - 1307 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 70’s with Gall Stones from Hastings Hospital to Wairoa Hospital. On the return mission a male patient in his 50’s suffering injuries from a motorcycle accident was transferred to Hastings Hospital. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.

Motorcross Accident

3 months ago - 1559 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 40’s from Ongaonga to Hastings Hospital with injuries following a fall from a motorcross bike.

Wairoa Head Injury Patients

3 months ago - 1926 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 30’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital with head injuries following a motor vehicle accident.

2316 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 70’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital with head lacerations. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.

Cardiac and Seizure patients

3 months ago - 1538 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male teenager from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital suffering seizures after a fall. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.

1831 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 70’s from Waipawa roadside to Hastings Hospital who had a cardiac arrest while walking.
