Wellington Transfer after head trauma

• 1818 hours At the request of the DHB transport a male patient in his 30’s from Hastings to Wellington for a head trauma.
Inter hospital transfer to Wellington

• 2121 hours Completed an inter hospital transfer of a male patient in his 40’s from Wellington to Hastings.
Laceration from bike fall
22 months ago - Monday 1 January
• 1726 hours Transported a male child from Waipukurau to Hastings for a laceration injury following a fall from a bike.
Medical event at Ocean Beach

• 1526 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male child from Ocean beach to Hastings following a medical event.
Puncture wound

• 1712 hours Transported a male patient in his 20’s from Mahia to Hastings for treatment following a puncture wound.
Hiking fall and injuries to a limb

• 1000 hours Transported a female patient in her 60’s from Mt Tauhara to Taupo Hospital for injuries resulting from a fall while hiking.
• 1254 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 30’s from Taupo hospital to Waikato Hospital following injuries to a limb.
ATV accident and fall injuries

• 1409 hours Transported a female patient in her teens from Waimarama to Hastings for a fractured limb following an ATV accident.
• 1828 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female child from rural Hawkes Bay to Hastings for injuries sustained following a fall.
MVA transfer to Gisborne Hospital

• 1536 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient from Waiapu Valley to Gisborne for an ankle injury resulting from a motor vehicle incident.
Rural medical transfer and motocross accident

• 2024 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 70’s from Rural Hastings to Hastings for a medical related incident.
Saturday 23 December
• 1600 hours Transported a male teenager from rural Wairoa to Gisborne for arm injuries resulting from a motorcross accident.
