4 years ago - Thursday 16th December
• 1615 hours Requested by DHB to fly to Wairoa, with a doctor and flight nurse, to retrieve an elderly male patient with a medical condition.
4 years ago - Saturday 11th December
• 2218 hours Requested by Air Desk to meet a St John Road Ambulance at our helipad, for handover of a male patient with spinal injuries as a result of an accident at Napier Speedway – the patient was flown to Taupo Airport for handover to another SRSL Helicopter (with IFR capability) to fly the patient to Middlemore Hospital.
4 years ago - Friday 10th December
• 1540 hours Tasked by Police to a report of a child in the water off Marine Parade requiring a wet winch rescue – sadly, upon arrival at the scene the child was on land and deceased.
• 1644 hours At the request of DHB flew to Wairoa, with a flight team from the hospital, to retrieve a male patient with a medical condition.
4 years ago - Wednesday 8th December
• 0939 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Ormondville to a 55 y/o male with stroke like symptoms – he was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up.
4 years ago - Monday 6th December
• 1220 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Mahia to a male patient with a serious medical condition – the patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up assessment and treatment.
4 years ago - Saturday 4th December
• 0930 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Porangahau to a male patient, aged in his 50’s, with a serious respiratory condition – he was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up assessment and treatment.

• 0100 hours Requested by DHB to fly to Wairoa with a Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a male patient with a medical condition.
• 0829 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Puketitiri to a male patient with a medical condition – the patient was flown to Hawke’ Bay Hospital for follow up assessment and treatment.

• 1705 hours Tasked by DHB to fly to Wairoa, with a flight nurse, to retrieve a female patient with a fractured leg.
4 years ago - Tuesday 30th November
• 1338 hours Tasked by DHB to fly to Wairoa, with a Doctor and Flight Nurse to retrieve a female patient suffering from a stroke.
4 years ago - Monday 29th November
• 1415 hours Awaited the arrival of a St John Road Ambulance for helipad handover of a male patient requiring immediate transfer to Wellington Hospital for advanced cardiac care.
